Thanks for visiting our online home! Many of you are long time friends and supporters. For those of you not familiar with us, we are one of Indiana’s oldest and largest not for profit Bass fishing clubs. IBG has many goals and projects that we feel are worthwhile endeavors, many for children. Twice a year we proudly donate our time to spruce up the Children’s play room at the Indianapolis Ronald McDonald House. Hosting our annual Kid & Co. fishing tournament is also one of our favorite projects. In 2008 we hosted over 100 kids from all over Indiana for a fun day of fishing, food and prizes at Lake Monroe. We look forward to another great year for our 23rd annual Kid & Co. at Lake Monroe in 2009. Hope to see you there!
Now, we can’t forget about the fun, food and prizes we have at our Open Team tournaments. This is another of the Clubs favorite events during the year. We host a tournament that welcomes anglers of all skill levels. It's a great way to either introduce yourself to what tournament fishing is like, practice for an upcoming sanctioned tournament or just spend a day on the water doing what you love the most, catching that big lunker Lake Monroe is well known for. In 2009 the Club will host two Open tournaments, one in June and the other in October. We will post the dates soon. Email us for an entry form or visit our booth at the Indianapolis Boat, Sport and Travel Show to register in person and secure that starting spot.
